Our Service Department is open for business & operating responsibly. Service and parts will be open with adjusted hours for client and team member safety. Our sales department will be available to assist you by phone, email or text. If you don’t feel comfortable driving to the dealership for your service needs, please contact us for available options. Our hours and business operations are subject to change based on local and government updates.

 

Qvale Auto Group is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our customers to do the same. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and acting in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and customers. 

 

We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene. We have implemented 14-day incubation periods for employees who have traveled, and employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms. No employee with symptoms will be working at the dealership! We’ve limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings whenever possible.

 

Cleanliness is key! Our dealerships are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of normal business operations. In response to COVID-19, we’ve increased the frequency and the extent of cleanings, and are making sure all Qvale Auto Group dealerships and offices have ample sanitizing supplies available. We have placed Clorox wipes in all customer areas so that employees, customers and cleaning crews can maintain the surfaces that you may come in contact with.
