I was looking all over for an Audi allroad for our new family car to rack miles on and get us around. Porsche of Livermore happened to be selling one spec'd out just like I wanted. First off, I must say it is a beautiful dealership and has a huge selection of really fantastically priced used cars, as well as some rare Porsche finds, along with a huge new inventory (even a GT2RS). I set up an appointment to check out the Audi with Terry Erdei. He was so cool, calm and accommodating, taking out any stress that the usual car deal brings. Even though there are people spending great amounts of money more than we were on deals with him, we were not treated for one second any less than the people spending major money. This was my fiance's first car purchase on her own to continue to build her credit and Terry hung in there with us and got the deal done. The finance team was also very understanding and helpful to gather the proper documents needed. This dealership has earned us as a customer and we will be back someday in the not too distant future to buy our first Porsche. They took great care of us, and our family will appreciate this purchase for years to come! Thank you Terry and Porsche of Livermore!

I flew to Livermore from New York just to purchase my 911. This would not have been possible if not for my salesman Adam DeGough! Adam answered any questions I had right away and went above and beyond to make this one of the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. I would not hesitate to travel across the county again to buy my next Porsche from Adam. Good and genuine people are hard to come these days! Thanks again Adam and the Livermore Team

AJ was awesome! My wife was catching a flight within hours and AJ was there and ready with the keys when we arrived to test drive our Mini Cooper S GP. We managed to test drive and purchase the car in a little over 1 hour.  I would also like to say that the entire staff we interacted with was extremely nice. Great job AJ on giving us the same customer service as if we were purchasing a $200.000.00 car. 🙂

5 starts to Phillip E. It was such a pleasure working with him. Also, he accommodated my schedule by coming to my office in San Ramon to do paperwork and brining Cayenne S all the way to San Ramon. After transaction, he called me a few times to make sure we were comfortable with the car and had no questions. That is a very nice personal touch.

BEST service experience I have had the privilege and opportunity of working with the last two years! though im their one of their well-off clients, I still feel like i'm part of their family as a younger buyer in the porsche world. i have to credit being a porsche club member of diablo region as well, its more personable, and I feel as if it is preferred treatment. Livermore exceeded my expectations, from the time I arrived at 730a to dropoff my car, be put into a base model macan (i reallyy wanted to try it), and to have them perform 50,000 mile service on my 2014 981 Boxster, and some other warranty work that I thought would never get addressed and repaired and it did. Kudos to one of my new favorite service advisors in our diablo region dealer portfolio john bartlett, and the tech assigned to me, nick schorr. Being in the business as well, its very seldom to find a good relationship with the maintenance team of your vehicle, and these two hands down exceeded my expectations. Nick Schorr, especially, and the way livermore's service department is set up is so that you can physically see what is going on with your car in their service bay, he advised me what I needed to do moving forward to keeping my car in tip top shape. And last but not least high remarks go to Terry Erdei / Adam DeGough and GM Kevin Hanschke for their warm hospitality getting me checked out on a weekend, and allowing me, out of all people, (im just a normal person) to test-drive one of their E-models, wow, what an incredible experience, if you have not experienced Livermore the way I have, and some of our members in Diablo Region have, I have to say, YOU are missing out. Cheers to everyone that came in contact with me throughout the entire service experience
